We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Commercial Cards to join our team at PayTech Nexus Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our commercial cards portfolio across the UAE and Oman markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial payments, with 10-12 years of experience in the B2B travel payments and financial services sector. You will have a robust understanding of B2B payments in the travel and hospitality industry, including top global distribution systems. Additionally, you will have deep technical expertise in commercial payment products, services, or platform capabilities with an emphasis on commercial cards and the ecosystem.
You will work closely with our Corporate Client Relationship Managers and Corporate Coverage Leaders to execute the sale of commercial card products. Your responsibilities will include leading sales discussions and pitches, supporting operational onboarding of new customers, and following up with onboarded customers to ensure activation and usage. You will also review and recommend improvements to our performance management framework and monitor results of onboarded corporate card clients to propose improvement measures. Furthermore, you will develop training manuals for various stages of the sales cycle and conduct periodic training sessions for our sales force and GPS Sales and coverage teams.
