About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Bateel International. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Account Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
  4. Market Trends: Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.

Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
  2. Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
