Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Sungrow MENA & Central Asia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Contracts function on activities in PV and ESS business unit in the Middle East and other regions as required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, qualify, and negotiate various types of contractual documentation including framework agreements, sales contracts, General Terms & Conditions, purchasing agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and letters of intent.
  • Identify risks and deviations from Sungrow's contracting principles and where necessary obtain senior management approval.
  • Preparation and negotiation of contractual qualifications with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare contract and risk summaries to ensure that all relevant project personnel are aware of contractual obligations, risks and objectives.
  • Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on live projects, consulting with and advising Commercial managers.
  • Maintenance and adherence to all relevant policies, processes and procedures contained within Sungrow's business management system.
