This role requires a strong understanding of procurement and contract workflows, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in procurement and/or supplier contracts administration or operations management within a dynamic organizational setting.

Responsibilities include executing the end-to-end supplier registration process, reviewing, validating, and updating supplier information, and ongoing management of catalogue items.

Contract/PO Management involves monitoring contract lifecycle, utilizing Contract Management System, and generating monthly reports for open POs.

Stakeholder Collaboration includes serving as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Reporting and Analytics involve creating and maintaining regular reports on supplier registrations, catalogue performance, contract/PO status, and process KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications include analytical skills, communication skills, digital proficiency, and education.
