Job Summary:

Azzurro One Facilities Management L.L.C is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to provide day-to-day support and coordination to the Accounts department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions in Tally software, including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing clients and processing supplier invoices.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software - Tally prime.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Candidate should be a B.Com graduate.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Required).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant (Required).
