Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the leasing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring that properties maintain high occupancy rates. This includes managing the leasing process from property listing to lease signing, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the leasing team to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and ensure accurate and timely lease documentation.
  • Manage the leasing process from property listing to lease signing.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding leasing and property management.
  • Handle legal documentation related to tenant agreements and evictions, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
  • Real estate license (if required by the jurisdiction).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing laws, property management software, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
