We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at EMEAA Talent Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors across the UAE and KSA.
You will leverage your recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and network to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and businesses in these sectors. You will also lead end-to-end sales cycles, from identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of recruitment business development experience within the UAE and KSA markets, specifically within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors. They will also have a proven track record in business development and sales within recruitment, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

Job Description:
As a Sales and Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Driving business development and sales efforts to acquire new clients in the FMCG and Manufacturing industries across the UAE and KSA.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment business development experience within the UAE and KSA markets, specifically within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors.
- English speaking is a must, Arabic speaking is a bonus.
