Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assume responsibility for the entire Bodylines Fitness & Wellness club daily operation in the absence of the Department Head or Assistant Department Head.
  2. Ensure that the club maintains the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and maintenance at all times.
  3. Supervise and control all colleagues in the club, ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to them promptly and efficiently.
  4. Provide adequate training to colleagues to enable them to perform their duties effectively.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all recreation items, including towels, furniture, rackets, balls, etc.
  6. Assist Fitness Instructors with set-ups for activities, group coaching activities, game supervision, and refereeing.
  7. Assist Fitness Instructors with the development of a quality professional fitness program, including fitness testing, evaluations, program design, and fitness instructions.
  8. Monitor supplies and equipment needed for the continued operation of Bodylines Fitness & Wellness.
  9. Comply with the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  10. Contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue.
