  • Customer Service: Provide sales and customer service expertise to resolve escalated issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the wider sales team to develop best practices for client outreach and sales strategies.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's client base.
Requirements:
  • Luxury Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role with a luxury brand in the Middle East.
  • Team Management: Proven experience in hiring and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Sales Growth: Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team to achieve significant sales growth (e.g., 5M-15M sales in 12 months).
  • Business Development: Proven experience in creating and executing business development strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Middle Eastern UHNW and HNW client expectations.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a sales team in a global retail platform.
