Responsibilities and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business development and sales efforts to acquire new clients in the FMCG and Manufacturing industries across the UAE and KSA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, emerging companies, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent to meet clients' needs.
- Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, Bayt, and GulfTalent to source leads, build your network, and maintain a strong market presence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and client feedback to senior management.
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment business development experience within the UAE and KSA markets, specifically within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors.
- English speaking is a must, Arabic speaking is a bonus.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within recruitment, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
- Experience in utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, and other relevant platforms for sourcing leads and networking.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG and Manufacturing industries, with a deep understanding of talent needs and recruitment challenges in these sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
