Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic sales plans across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies across the MENA region.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
  5. Travel within the MENA region for client meetings and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with HVAC experience), or Building Services Engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a dynamic environment.
