Position Summary

The Visual Content Specialist is essential in crafting exceptional visual materials that engage, inform, and motivate our target demographic. This role involves generating diverse visual content across multiple formats to support our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, produce, and refine high-quality video and photographic content in various styles (e.g., product showcases, instructional videos, social media clips, lifestyle imagery, event documentation).
  • Customize content for distinct platforms and audiences, ensuring maximum reach and interaction.
  • Oversee all phases of the production workflow, from initial planning (storyboarding, shot lists) to filming/photography and subsequent editing.
  • Utilize professional video cameras, lighting setups, and image editing tools effectively.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of video and photography equipment.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Collaborate with social media strategists, marketing teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in content creation techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media Arts, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in video and/or photography content production.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality video and photographic works.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a strong sense of composition and lighting.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Familiarity with video and photography equipment and lighting techniques.
  • Solid grasp of fundamental cinematography and photography concepts.
  • Experience in pre-production planning and storyboarding is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines.
  • A passion for visual storytelling and a commitment to pushing creative limits.
  • Understanding and proficiency in AI tools for visual content creation.
