Role Overview

As an HR Operations Specialist at AL TAYER GROUP LLC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through effective coordination and administration of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Induction: Manage and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, ensuring that all details regarding hierarchy and role profiles are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Employee Relations: Address staff grievances and disciplinary matters in collaboration with employees and line managers, ensuring compliance and effective resolution.
  • Exit Process Coordination: Handle the exit process for departing employees, coordinating with relevant departments to conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements and visa cancellations.
  • Official Correspondence: Prepare and manage all official documentation related to probation confirmations, salary certificates, and other employee requests in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure that all system updates, report generation, and record-keeping are performed accurately and promptly.
