  • Erwerb von Kenntnissen über das Designziel für die Produktindustrialisation und die Fähigkeit, eine Brücke zwischen Systemtechnik, Entwicklung und Produktion zu schlagen.
  • Beratung des Managements sowie der Entwicklungsprojekte hinsichtlich technologischer Fortschritte und bewährter Verfahren im Testingenieurbereich.
  • Unterstützung des Managements der Mechatronik-Abteilung in Bezug auf Teststrategien, Unterstützung der Integrationsteams und der gesamten Halcon-Testinfrastruktur.
  • Führung und Mentoring von Untergebenen und Ingenieuren zur Erleichterung der Aufgaben zur Entwicklung von Testgeräten und zur Erfüllung der Verantwortlichkeiten, die von den Programmen festgelegt wurden.

Erfahrungs- und Bildungsqualifikationen:

  • Mindestens 21 Jahre (NTC5), 17 Jahre (T3), 15 Jahre (T4/B.Tech) oder 10 Jahre (M.Tech) mit umfassender Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen der Elektronik, einschließlich analoger und digitaler Elektronik.
  • Expertenwissen über Testtechniken, NI-Testsoftware sowie die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Testgeräten.
  • Relevante Erfahrung in einer Entwicklungsingenieurumgebung für präzisionsgeführte Munition, Verteidigungs- und Luftfahrtindustrie. (Die Jahre relevanter Erfahrung können je nach Qualifikation reduziert werden.)
  • Umfassendes Verständnis des Systems Engineering-Prozesses (Abnahmetests, Qualifikation, Feldtests, Flugtests).
