Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with our company's Standards Policies & Procedures.
  • The member services team plays a vital role in making every guest feel welcome and valued.
  • Supervise and ensure that all aspects of the membership card system are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and dealing with queries from members and visitors.
  • Process all transactions securely and accurately.
  • Follow all cash handling and credit policies and procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Communicate effectively with the supervisor to resolve any issues or concerns.
