The Employee Wellness Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive wellness initiatives within the organization. This role entails the effective management of resources and personnel to foster a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Oversee the financial resources allocated to the wellness department, ensuring optimal utilization and organization of necessary equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor all wellness coaches, lifeguards, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of wellness facilities and programs, including recreational centers and community events.
  • Contract Management: Handle service agreements with external vendors and contractors to maintain program quality.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to design and implement a schedule of community wellness events.
  • Class Planning: Develop and facilitate wellness classes aimed at enhancing employee health.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for senior management to assess program effectiveness.
  • Request Approval: Review and approve all service requests related to wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required
