**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team at فرح اكسبيرينسيز. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging visual content for our theme park attractions and external marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Complex Visual Content: Create intricate graphics, animations, and illustrations using your creativity and independent judgment to develop engaging visuals for our theme park attractions and external marketing campaigns.
  • Bring Objects to Life: Manipulate light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency to create lifelike objects or characters, or use static images to create the illusion of motion.
  • Drive Creative Solutions: Provide innovative solutions to business challenges, including enhancing the guest experience in our theme park attractions and developing a 360-degree marketing strategy across social media, out-of-home print, and digital media.
  • Align with Brand Strategy: Develop creative solutions that align with our theme park brand value proposition and reflect our brand's core values.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with our design team to develop all theme park brand guidelines, setting the foundational brand standards and expectations for all creative execution.
  • Develop New Brand Assets: Create new theme park ride and product launch logos, as well as ideate innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions, including new concepts, activation ideas, and digital rich media.
  • Advise on Production Process: Advise on the production process of creative solutions, including production specifications and reviewing material to maintain high-quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with External Agencies: Work closely with external creative agencies to ensure brand alignment and creative consistency on all external campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multimedia design and animation.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and creative direction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
