Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a wide range of hotel needs, including brochures, menus, banners, advertisements, social media content, signage, and email templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative designs that convey the hotel's branding and messaging across various platforms.
  • Produce high-quality layouts for print and digital media that meet the hotel's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop designs for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all visual mediums, including logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as infographics and video animations, to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel's visual assets, including photo libraries and design files.
  • Ensure all images used in designs are high-quality and meet hotel standards.
  • Handle all photo taking for banquet functions and special events for PR coverage.
  • Update photos of hotel facilities and services.
  • Conceptualize and develop graphics, and have a working knowledge of PC graphics software.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality industry graphic design.
  • College degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with video production and working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
  • Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work within established branding guidelines and understand the importance of maintaining brand standards.
  • Ability to prepare electronic files for print.
  • Hands-on experience creating internal newsletters, corporate emails, and print materials.
  • Mastery of the Arabic language is a plus, allowing for the creation of bilingual content to better cater to local markets.
