Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and social media design materials, as well as corporate brand and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animation, video, sound, and/or content for clients' use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs.
  • Design web interfaces, develop layout designs, and concepts, select and secure appropriate illustrative materials, and create engaging animations using After Effects and other animation applications.
  • Create visual representations of concepts and ideas.
  • Develop clear content structure and categorization.
  • Translate business needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, audience-centered, and emotionally engaging.
  • Identify problems and execute effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking process, visually compelling, practical, and emotionally engaging design work.
  • At least 23 years of experience in PR, advertising, branding, or agency experience.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take criticism and incorporate feedback to make designs better.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude to pursue atypical ideas that inspire action.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong design style and solution-driven creative skills with a flair for art direction and animation.

  • Office environment is a general office setting.
  • Must reside in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
