Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Sisco Jobs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Floor Management: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, creating a positive customer experience.
  2. Merchandise Display: Regularly tidy and arrange merchandise displays to showcase products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  3. Appearance and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the sales floor, ensuring it meets company standards.
  4. Sales Inquiries: Handle inbound sales inquiries from various lead sources, providing prompt and knowledgeable responses to customer queries.
  5. Sales Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads and handle outbound cold sales calls to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
  6. Field Sales: Conduct field sales by networking with hospitals and doctors, meeting clients in person, and traveling to meet customer needs.
  7. Product Demos: Schedule and conduct product demos to potential buyers in an effective manner, providing solutions and training as a solution consultant.
  8. Quote and Negotiation: Send price quotes and negotiate with end customers to close deals favorably, ensuring maximum lead conversions and revenue generation.
  9. Sales Targets: Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving sales growth and revenue generation.
  10. Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings and discussions, sharing constructive strategies for improving sales and driving business growth.
  11. Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update a sales pipeline on CRM monthly, tracking sales progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  12. Customer Requirements: Listen attentively, understand, and document customer requirements and issues on CRM, providing prompt and knowledgeable solutions to customer queries.
  13. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical support team and development team to provide prompt and knowledgeable solutions to customer issues, ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
  14. Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups on any issues raised to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
