**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to support our executive team at Caliberly. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing office facilities.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the UAE (2-3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
