  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Regularly audit and analyze metrics to drive quality and employee experience across multiple sub-categories.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the myGwork team to drive adoption of tools and offshore processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Talent Development: Develop and allocate resources to vendors to support their specific needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Account Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or buying.
  • Market Research and Analysis: 2+ years of experience in market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience.
  • Business Acumen: 2+ years of experience in quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Management Consulting Experience: 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at a leading consumer packaged goods company.
  • Business Development Experience: Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain.
