Sales Manager - Middle East

Join LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Sales Manager in the Middle East region and play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.

About the Role

This Sales Manager role requires a strong background in direct sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
  4. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports through CRM (Salesforce).
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  1. Proven sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  3. Well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM System.
  4. High volume subscription sales experience, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
