Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Gulf Countries

About the Role:

TP-Link MEA FZE is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the Gulf countries. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Gulf market experience, a strong background in managing high-performing sales teams, and strategic acumen to drive growth and expand TP-Link's market presence.

What You Will Do?

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Gulf countries.
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the regional sales team to maximize performance.
  3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, key partners, and distribution channels to expand market share.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement regional campaigns.
  7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

What We're Looking For?

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred ).
  2. Experience: 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the Gulf region, preferably in networking or IT products.
  3. Expertise: Experience working with consultants and public sector end-users.
  4. Leadership: Strong track record of managing sales teams in multicultural environments.
  5. Network: Established contacts within the Gulf IT and networking industry.
  6. Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  7. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the Gulf region.
