Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain High Standards: Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to ensure our hotel rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Lead and Motivate the Housekeeping Team: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Manage Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the management of equipment, linen, and uniforms.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the housekeeping team to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Work with our hotel management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Build strong relationships with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the budget and resources for the housekeeping department to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
