The Sales Executive role at First Abu Dhabi Bank involves driving business growth by promoting the sales of Core Product and building strong relationships with customers in the assigned area. Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed target sales volumes in the assigned area.
2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and branches to provide exceptional customer service and support.
4. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for our products and services.
5. Regularly communicate sales performance data and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
6. Uphold the bank's values and adhere to regulatory requirements at all times.
7. Perform duties of Team Leader in their absence if assigned, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and other relevant information.
9. Continuously develop skills and knowledge to enhance performance and stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in selling banking products, with a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably a university degree. Relevant certifications or diplomas in sales and finance are also highly valued.
