We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Absolute Technical Systems LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities at Borouge Ruwais.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all facilities-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the GCC region.
- Must hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of Dhs. 17,500.00 per month.
