  • Collaborative Modeling: Create collaborative models and lead design review meetings to identify potential conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Model Transfer: Transfer modeling content from one party to another, ensuring seamless project handovers.
  • Validation: Validate the level of detail and controls as defined for each project phase, ensuring accurate and reliable modeling content.
  • Quantity Take-Offs: Prepare quantity take-offs, visualizations, and schedules of quantities to support project planning and execution.
  • Constructability and Schedule Simulation: Support the development and coordination of constructability and schedule simulation models to optimize project delivery.
  • BIM Data Management: Upload native BIM files, IFCs, and XLS data to the project BIM data repository.
  • BIM Object Library: Develop and maintain a comprehensive BIM object library throughout the project lifecycle.
