To excel in this role, you will need to leverage GLG's platform and network to identify and recruit world-class experts from across hundreds of sectors and industries. Ideal candidates have a high degree of confidence and are highly motivated to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas. Key responsibilities include making outbound cold calls and various other outreach methods, professionally managing resistance, and consistently closing recruits.
