Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rides Team Operations Manager to join our team at فرح اكسبيرينسيز. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Rides Team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our rides and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and lead the Rides Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, taking into account work priority, tools/equipment, consumables, and spare parts availability, as well as the skills and competencies of team members.
  • Technical Services Department Management: Participate in various aspects of Technical Services Department Management to support the safe and efficient operation of our park.
  • Work Instructions and Procedures: Oversee the preparation of work instructions that provide direction to the Rides and Attractions Maintenance team for corrective maintenance repairs and performance of preventive maintenance.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo as a tool to provide necessary input to improve processes and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Encourage team members to share ideas to improve the work environment, and coordinate with other departments as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
