We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee site activities and resources, ensuring timely completion of projects with high quality standards.
Main Accountabilities:- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Projects Manager to allocate site staff and coordinate their tasks.
- Maintain a thorough cost management system throughout the project duration.
- Monitor and report project progress against the approved programme of works.
- Encourage a culture of excellence in quality standards for all works carried out.
- Collaborate with the Quality Surveyor to ensure accurate monthly payments and variations.
- Design and implement effective safety measures on site.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a valid license from the Society of UAE Engineering.
- Minimum 16 years of relevant experience.
- Background in Civil Construction Industry (Consultancy/Developer) preferred.
