- Track progress against schedules and take proactive measures to mitigate delays or risks.
- Promptly notify the PMO Head of any delays or issues affecting the project's timeline or execution.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to verify project deliverables meet expectations and adhere to industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence, site visit reports, and project documentation.
