Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers across the city.

The ideal candidate will have strong navigation skills, time management abilities, and excellent customer service orientation. Familiarity with UAE roads, traffic rules, and local delivery procedures is essential.

  • Pickup & Delivery Operations:
    • Collect packages or goods from designated locations and deliver them to customers in a timely and safe manner.
    • Ensure the accuracy of delivery orders, checking addresses, contact details, and item counts.
    • Obtain proof of delivery via mobile app or paperwork, as required.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:
    • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and clean.
    • Follow all UAE traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving.
    • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delivery incidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Customer Service & Communication:
    • Communicate politely and professionally with customers upon delivery.
    • Handle any minor customer concerns or delivery changes as needed.
    • Coordinate with the dispatch team for route updates, delays, or special instructions.
Requirements:
  • Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle or Motorbike, as applicable).
  • Familiarity with Dubai roads and delivery zones.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role.
  • Ability to use GPS/navigation apps and mobile delivery platforms.
  • Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Punctual, reliable, and physically fit to manage delivery workloads.
