Job Description:

As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Dice, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces for our web applications. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of front-end development principles and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive and adaptive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS.
  • Implement front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
  • Work with a team of developers to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize code for performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expertise in React and its core principles.
  • Proficient in Redux for state management.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Bitbucket and Git.
