Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Digital Products team at Boeing. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Product Requirements and Features: Define product requirements, features, and priorities based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and timelines.
  • Product Roadmap and Release Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, including prioritizing features, setting release timelines, and balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
  • Development Team Oversight: Work closely with development teams to oversee the development and delivery of product features and releases. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product milestones.
  • UX/UI Design and Usability Testing: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to iterate on product design and functionality.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Customer Feedback and Support: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer issues and prioritize product improvements.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, milestones, and decisions to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and cross-functional teams. Present product plans and progress updates in meetings and presentations.
  • Product Advocacy and Partnerships: Serve as the internal and external champion for the product, advocating for its value proposition and benefits. Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to promote the product and gather feedback.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Integrations: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and integrations that can enhance the product's value proposition and expand its market reach.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Manage product owners and guide multiple scrum teams to drive the delivery and capability of S&M digital products.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management/program management, including creating and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
  • Agile Methodologies: 3+ years of experience with Agile Methodologies or Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Team Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting market research, and using insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Sales and Marketing: Experience with Sales and Marketing.
  • Certifications: Hold valid Scaled Agile and Salesforce certifications.
