Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager in the Customer Experience division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy for our comprehensive app experience. Your focus will be on enhancing user engagement and driving platform growth through innovative product development. This position demands a proactive approach to experimentation, allowing you to tailor user experiences that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Define and implement key priorities for the Everything App Experience, emphasizing rapid experimentation.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and oversee the product roadmap, ensuring accountability for outcomes and impacts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to create cohesive user experiences across the platform.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage a diverse range of stakeholders, establishing a stable framework for decision-making and prioritization.
  • Innovative Culture: Contribute to building a premier user experience, guided by data-driven insights and continuous improvement through experimentation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in customer-facing B2B or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product-led growth within the B2B/B2B2C sectors, such as marketplaces, e-commerce, and fintech.
  • Preferred technical background in developing SaaS and tech-enabled products.
  • Experience in creating scalable solutions that cater to diverse use cases.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a focus on achieving impactful results.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
