Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Data Management Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of project information systems for large-scale building projects. This role requires deep knowledge of LOD 400 and 500 standards and fluency in Arabic, as communication with local teams and stakeholders is key.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring accurate data collection, processing, and sharing across stakeholders, with a focus on site supervision aspects.
  • Developing and managing systems for collecting, storing, and distributing project information in accordance with project goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the accuracy and completeness of all information shared across teams, including construction, design, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:
  • Developing and implementing project information systems for large-scale building projects in the UAE.
  • Ensuring accurate data collection, processing, and sharing across stakeholders, with a focus on site supervision aspects.
  • Overseeing the accuracy and completeness of all information shared across teams, including construction, design, and client teams.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in BIM (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required for communication with international teams and clients.
