Job Title: Project Support Coordinator
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Project Manager regarding expansion and development.
- Draft quotations, invoices, receipts, etc.
- Read, prepare reports related to projects, and understand layouts (fitout, MEP).
- Update all software, reports, follow up on schedules, and coordinate between internal departments and suppliers.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations.
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day tasks.
- Develop and ensure accuracy & execution of the daily and weekly project board.
- Communicate project updates to relevant members.
- Communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as projects require.
- Execute assigned tasks.
- Organize flow of work by receiving, sorting, reviewing, prioritizing, and routing correspondence.
- Undertake a range of office admin tasks including typing and photocopying.
- File all required documents in a secure and organized manner.
- Maintain custody of all original documents and update the register accordingly.
- Support other departments as per business-specific needs.
- Manage basic accounting and file management.
- The role includes intercity traveling and meeting with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate – MBA or Engineering Degree is a must.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in fit-out or construction project management.
- Knowledgeable with project management software.
- Must be available in Dubai.
- Must be available to join immediately within 5 days.
