About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a HR Process Specialist with Wipro, where you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, such as onboarding documentation, contract amendments, and forms. They will also handle GPSS enrollment, verification of employment, and teleworking registrations.
In addition, they will receive, review, and process all relevant documentation pertaining to new hires, terminations, leave of absences, employee status changes, and more.
As a key member of the HR team, this individual will participate in transactional activities related to onboarding and offboarding, as well as global mobility processes.
They will be responsible for establishing, organizing, and maintaining hardcopy/electronic employee files, ensuring that all files are current and complete.
The ideal candidate will assess the HR process landscape for compliance with local labor laws and suggest process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities include providing support to in-geo HR operational processes, ensuring a consistently positive stakeholder experience. This includes letter generation processes, government and statutory reporting, supporting authorized signatory processes, and more.
As a collaborative team player, the selected candidate will partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to execute and improve seamless operational processes that align with the company's guidelines and policies.
Lastly, they will define, collect, and analyze process metrics to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing users. They will create and maintain process documentation for all processes and provide training to colleagues when needed.
