Job Description:
As an HR and Administrative Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR support to employees, including responding to inquiries, updating documentation, and coordinating training programs.
- Managing administrative tasks, such as processing purchase orders, handling mail, and updating records.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in HR/Administration, preferably in a DIFC setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
