Job Description:

As an HR and Administrative Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR support to employees, including responding to inquiries, updating documentation, and coordinating training programs.
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as processing purchase orders, handling mail, and updating records.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in HR/Administration, preferably in a DIFC setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
