Job Overview

Air Arabia seeks a skilled Aviation Compliance Manager to oversee flight operations, ground operations, and flight training policies. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the aviation industry, with a minimum of 4 years leading quality and safety functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Operational Audit in ensuring compliance with operational regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deploy QSS-related policies across hubs, including systems, investigation processes, regulatory compliance, and operation readiness.
  • Develop and implement an annual audit plan for all company hubs.
  • Evaluate hubs against IOSA ISARPS standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and international legislation, regulations, guidelines, and practices related to the aviation industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Auditing or equivalent.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) combined with needed experience and exposure.
  • Certificates related to Auditing, Quality Assurance, and/or Compliance such as ICAO, IOSA, or ISO – Lead Assessor are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Web Search.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reporting and presentations.
  • Fluent in English Language; Arabic or French Language are a plus.
