The Talent Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to Air Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the airline's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing Candidates: The Talent Sourcing Specialist will identify and contact potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  2. Shortlisting and Interviewing: The Talent Sourcing Specialist will shortlist applicants based on their skill sets and competencies and coordinate with line managers in the selection process. They will also conduct interviews with personnel for positions and recommend suitability to senior management.
  3. Assessment and Testing: The Talent Sourcing Specialist will prepare test materials for different roles and administer tests for the purposes of selection and/or development. They will also ensure personality assessments are conducted for senior positions.
Job Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to a Diploma / Degree level, HR certification is an advantage.
  • 4-5 years work experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Skill in Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS-Office Suite.
