Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our cabin crew team as a Flight Service Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, while also providing excellent customer service and promoting Air Arabia's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, while also ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and Air Arabia's policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. You will also need to be physically fit and able to pass a medical examination.

A diploma or higher secondary certificate is acceptable for this role, and training in first aid, safety and emergency procedures is an added value. Fluency in written and spoken English is also essential.
