HR Coordinator Job Description

At Wipro, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR operational processes and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including onboarding documentation, contract amendments, and forms.
  • Global Mobility: Manage GPSS Enrolment, verifications of employment, and Teleworking registrations.
  • HR Documentation: Receive, review, and process all relevant documentation pertaining to new hires, terminations, leave of absences, employee status changes, and more.
  • Process Improvement: Assess the HR process landscape for compliance with local labor law and suggest process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide support to in-geo HR operational processes and ensure a consistently positive stakeholder experience.
  • Process Metrics: Define, collect, and analyze process metrics to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing user needs.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation for all processes and train colleagues as required.
