About the Role

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled Sales Area Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the top line and profitability of your area through commercial relationship development with distributors and the execution of our overall commercial strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Strategy Execution: Ensure that our commercial strategy is well communicated and executed locally, including the development of a network of distributors, negotiation of commercial conditions, and follow-up of assortment and stock equation.
  2. Market Analysis and Forecasting: Drive and manage the P&L of your area through key performance indicators, including turnover, margin, and A&P budget, as well as local wholesale, sell-out, and market share.
  3. Team Management: Manage and motivate a local commercial team, including a brand manager and their team, to achieve commercial objectives.
  4. Marketing and Animation: Create and implement marketing and animation plans within the strict guidelines of the brand and in agreement with the PCDO Commercial Director.
  5. Risk Management: Anticipate risks and propose solutions to ensure the success of our commercial strategy.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's Degree in Business.
  2. Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in retail management with supervision responsibilities, preferably in the luxury and perfumes & cosmetics industry.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Arabic and French being a plus.
  4. Skills: Strong business acumen, management background, communication skills, service-oriented, negotiation skills, and team player.
