Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing growth and sales strategies aimed at amplifying revenue generation within the Banking and Financial Services Industry segment in the UAE.

  • Identify and initiate connections with potential clients within the FSI sector, comprehensively understanding their operational requisites and offering tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and uphold robust client relationships, fostering recurring business and enduring customer allegiance.

In this leadership role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience spanning 8 to 15 years (or more) in a consulting or sales capacity within the Banking & Financial Services Industry.
  • At least 3 years working in the UAE market.
  • Profound familiarity with financial Digital & Tech products, services, and regulatory frameworks inherent to the Banking and FS domain.
  • Innate orientation toward results, evidenced by a history of attaining sales objectives and propelling business expansion.
