Job Summary:

XAD Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems and telecommunications, with a focus on integrating solar solutions into telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead site assessments, feasibility studies, and detailed planning for solar power installations on telecom sites.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits to guarantee the quality and performance of solar installations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, addressing any issues that arise during the installation and maintenance phases.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and telecom engineers to ensure seamless integration of solar systems with existing telecom infrastructure.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site conditions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect team members and site integrity.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Solar Energy Expertise: In-depth understanding of solar energy systems and their integration with telecom infrastructure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for solar installations.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in solar energy and project management are a plus.
Work Environment:
