Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct solar energy projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create effective solar energy solutions.
  • Manage the procurement process to guarantee timely and cost-efficient material supply.
  • Supervise the installation of solar systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
  • Track project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to adhere to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.

  • Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in solar energy.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Experience in the Middle East region.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
