Front Office Reception Team Member

KAY Hospitality is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
· Welcome and assist guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
· Manage incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting as needed.
· Process and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
· Prepare and send outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
· Coordinate email communications, checking, sorting, and forwarding emails as required.
· Oversee office expenses and costs.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements and Skills:
· Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
· High School diploma; additional qualifications are an asset.
