About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at one of our luxury spas. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa services to our discerning guests, ensuring their relaxation and rejuvenation needs are met.

Responsibilities

  1. To provide warm and friendly greetings to guests, addressing them by name to create a positive first impression.
  2. To perform quality spa services according to the company's treatment standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  3. To maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques to deliver effective treatments.
  4. To be available for demonstrations and events as required, showcasing the benefits of our spa services.
  5. To participate in ongoing training and refresher programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  6. To keep accurate records of client interactions, including treatment plans and outcomes.
  7. To work collaboratively with other spa therapists and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist in a similar environment.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with spa software and technology would be advantageous.
